matic skin lesions in other horses. There are geo- graphic differences in the aggressiveness of the sarcoid in horses. Mules appear to suffer from an aggressive form of sarcoid. Immunotherapy for sarcoids includes autogenous vaccines and immuno- modulators of mycobacterial products.
