and semen centrifuged and resuspended in SKM-P. Semen processed by SF and resuspended inSKM-P was similar to EY groups (P>0.05). HMMP was benefited (P<.05) by EY and SKM-P in BC and subfertile stal- lions. Semen processed by SF had superior PMI than centrifuged semen (P<.05). In addition, mares insemi- nated with SF-SM-P (50%) or SF-EY (68%) had higher pregnancy rates than mares inseminated with the con- trol (14%; P<.05). In conclusion, spermparameters and fertility of poor cooled-transported semen can be enhanced by removing the supernatant by SF and spermresuspension withEYorSKM-P.
